Purpose of the data processing is the provision of information about PoG and answer inquiries via e-mail.

Duration of processing
Personal data for answering e-mail requests is stored for up to three years and deleted thereafter.
 
Data subject rights
Right to information: The data subject may request confirmation as to whether and to what extent PoG processes his/her data. In order to protect the data, it may be necessary for PoG to carry out an identity check.
 
Right to rectification: If PoG processes personal data of the data subject(s) that are incomplete or incorrect, the data subject(s) may request their correction or completion at any time.
 
Right to erasure: The data subject may request the erasure of personal data if PoG processes it unlawfully or if the processing disproportionately interferes with legitimate interests of protection. However, there may be reasons that prevent immediate deletion, e.g. in the case of legally regulated retention obligations.
 
Right to restriction of processing: The data subject may request restriction of the processing of his/her data if

– he/she disputes the accuracy of the data for a period of time that allows PoG to verify the accuracy of the data.

– the processing of the data is unlawful, but the data subject refuses erasure and instead requests restriction of the use of the data,

– PoG no longer requires the data for the intended purpose, but the data subject still needs this data to assert or defend legal claims, or

– the data subject has objected to the processing of the data.
 
Right to data portability: The Data Subject may request that PoG provide the data provided in a structured, common and machine-readable format, provided that

– this data is processed on the basis of a granted and revocable consent or for the performance of a contract, and

– this processing is carried out with the aid of automated procedures.
 
Right to object: If PoG processes data for the performance of tasks in the public interest, for the exercise of official authority or invokes the need to protect its legitimate interest in the processing, the data subject may object to this data processing, provided that there is an overriding interest in protecting the data.
 
Revocation of consent
If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, the data subject shall have the right to revoke such consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of such consent until such revocation.
 
Appeal to data protection authorities
If the data subject believes that PoG is in breach of Austrian or European data protection law when processing personal data, he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (www.dsb.gv.at), as well as with a supervisory authority within the EU.
 
Consequences of non-provision
The provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion of the respective selected contractual relationship, in case of non-provision, a contract may not be concluded.
